How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, we will ship your order within 10 business days from the date finalized. Allow another 5-7 days for USPS delivery. Please contact us for any rush needs and we can meet your needs. (extra fee applies)
Do you offer large quantity discounts?
Yes, we do. Our discount starts with order of 12 or more. The larger the quantity, the more discount we can offer. The discount can be seen from our shopping cart by entering the quantity you want to order, or please send us an inquiry to ask about our quantity discount.
Does the quality of the picture reproduction depend on the quality of the photo/picture I submit?
Yes, indeed. To do the most effective job, we need clean, sharp, flat, pre-printed color pictures/photos. The clearer the artwork the better the reproduction. DO NOT FOLD, TAPE OR STAPLE ACROSS THE ART when you mail the photos/pictures. PLEASE DO NOT crop / resize / alter your picture. Let us do the cropping for you if needed.
Will the photos/pictures/artwork be returned?
The original picture will be returned to you. However, please do not send valuable artwork or collector's item.
Can I see how my photo and logo watch will look like before I order?
Yes. If you need it, we can provide free digital proof which will show how we position your photo or logo on the face of the watch. Proof will be provided by request only.
Are any of your watches water resistant?
Yes, all of our watches we offer are water resistant. Accidental exposure to water such as sprinkling will not affect the time keeping efficiency of our watches. However, prolonged immersion in water is not recommended.
What is your return policy?
There is NO refund on ALL PERSONALIZED items including photo and logo products. All sales are final. We accept exchange only on personalized watches. All exchange watches are subject to $5/watch exchange fee, plus shipping cost. Shipping cost can not be credited/refunded. All merchandise that were purchased at clearance/sale will be credited at clearance price during exchange. If you have any question, please contact us.
Should I be concerned with the online payment?
No, our payment system is encrypted and sent securely.
Can I also submit any pictures/artworks?
Yes you can. Please email us pictures in JPEG, GIF, BMP format or mail the photo/picture to us and we'll scan it for you. If you send any copyrighted materials, we won't be able to use it unless you have a permission from the owner.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer 1 year limited warranty. The mechanism is warranted against any defects in workmanship. In such cases the watch will be replaced or repaired at no charge except actual shipping.
